My Kawaii Bento - Frequent Asked Questions

  •  How to make an order?
    • Send an e-mail to mykawaiibento@gmail.com with the format below:-
      • Your Name
      • Your Contact Number
      • Your E-mail Address
      • Your Delivery Address
      • Your preferred delivery mode (Courier Service / Normal Post)
      • Your Order together with the Product Name and Stock Code as per published in the website
    • We will reply you an e-mail after we receive your order and advise you on the payment method.

  • How can I make payment?
    • We accept online bank transfer or bank in. We will provide you the bank account in our confirmation e-mail after we recieve your order. Please note that we are not accept any Credit Card, Pay Pal transaction for the time being.

  • How fast I can receive my purchased items after I had made the payment?
    • We will deliver your purchased items on the next working day (working day referred to Monday - Friday) once we receive your payment.

  • How much is the shipping cost?
    • We will send you an e-mail and advice you on the shipping cost once we gather and weight your purcahsed items. Please note different mode of shipping (Courier Service / Normal Post) will have different charge apply.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Yes, you can inform us by sending an e-mail to us at mykawaiibento@gmail.com and we will help you to cancel the order. Please note that no cancellation is allowed once payment is made.

  • How soon I need to make the payment once my order was confirmed?
    • We allowed 3 calendar days for you to make payment. We will secured the items you purchased in these 3 days, but we will release the items for sale if we not receive any payment from you after 3 calendar days.

  • Can I request for refund or exchange if I don't like the item after I received it?
    • Sorry, we are unable to refund or exchange the item which you don't like after received it. Please feel free to drop us an e-mail for more details on the item you interested before your purchase, we will be very happy to answer your question. Also, we will do our best to make sure every single item we send to you in good condition before we hand over it to the shpping company.

  • What happened if I found the item damaged during shipping?
    • Sorry, we are not liable for any damaged/lost packages, therefore, we highly recommended you to use courier service to safeguard your purchase.
